You must appear in Athens no later than 18 JAN 1954
Luggage
Heavy luggage :
150 kg is allowed for each person. Heavy luggage will be placed in the hold for the entire journey and must be securely fastened.
Hand luggage:
This luggage will remain in your cabin. There you should put only the things you will need for the trip. Only two small suitcases can be taken in each immigrant's suitcase.
Drachmas to convert to foreign currency
The Bank of Greece allows each immigrant to convert up to 1,500,000 Drach. in Australian money. It is in your best interest to convert the entire amount if you can, it is necessary for us to coordinate with the Bank, so please let us know in advance how much money you expect to convert,
Payment for your preparation costs:
When you registered, you were informed that you would need to pay 500,000 Drach. (everyone) in Greek your medical examination the preparation of your "certificates and other expenses incurred by the Immigration Committee in order for you (to prepare to depart.
Please see to it that you settle this debt into your district's Public Paying Fund by JAN 15, 1954
Have the proof of payment with you when you come to Athens. If you cannot pay them in your district you will be able to pay them in Athens before you leave on the steamer,

ΔΙΑΒΑΣΤΕ ΜΕ ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ
Πρέπει να παρουσιασθήτε στην ᾿Αθήνα το αργότερον στις 18 JAN 1954
Αποσκευές
Βαριές αποσκευές :
Επιτρέπονται 150 κιλά για κάθε ἄτομο. Οἱ βαριές αποσκευές θα τοποθετηθούν στο αμπάρι για όλο το ταξίδι και πρέπει να είναι δεμένες γερά.
Φορητές ἀποσκευές:
Οἱ ἀποσκευές αὐτές θα μείνουν στην καμπίνα σας. Εκεί πρέπει να βάλετε μόνο όσα πράγματα θα σας χρειαστούν για το ταξίδι. Μόνο δύο μικρές βαλίτσες μπορεί να πάρει στη βαλίτσα του ο κάθε μετανάστης.
Δραχμές για να τις μετατρέψετε σε ξένο συνάλλαγμα
Η Τράπεζα τῆς ᾿Ελλάδος ἐπιτρέπει στον κάθε μετανάστη να μετατρέψει μέχρι 1.500.000 Δρχ. σε χρήματα τῆς Αύστραλίας. Σας συμφέρει να μετατρέψετε όλο το ποσόν ἐὰν μπορεῖτε, Ἐμεῖς εἶναι ἀπαραίτητο να συνεννοηθοῦμε μὲ τὴν Τράπεζα γι' αὐτό σας παρακαλοῦμε νὰ μᾶς πληροφορήσητε ἀπὸ πρίν πόσα χρήματα λογαριάζετε να μετατρέψετε,
Πληρωμή για τα έξοδα ετοιμασίας σας:
Τότε που έγινε ἡ εγγραφή σας πληροφορηθήκατε ότι θα χρειαζόταν μα πληρώσετε 500.000 Δρχ. (ο καθένας) στο ελληνικό τὴν ἑατρική σας ἐξέταση τὴν ἑτοιμασία τῶν «πιστοποιητικών σας καὶ ἄλλα ἔξοδα πού ἔκαμε ἡ ᾿Επιτροπή Μεταναστεύσεως γιὰ νὰ σᾶς (έτοιμάση ν᾿ ὀναχωρήσητε.
Παρακαλούμε φροντίστε να τακτοποιήσετε το χρέος αὐτὸ εἰς τὸ Δημόσιο Ταμείο πλη ρωμῶν τῆς περιφερείας σας μέχρι τις 15 ΙΑΝ 1954
Νὰ ἔχετε τὴν ἀπόδειξι πληρωμής μαζί σας ὅταν έρθετε στην Αθήνα. Αν δεν μπορεῖτε νὰ τὰ πληρώσετε στην περιφέρειά σας θα μπορέσετε νὰ τὰ πληρώσετε στην ᾿Αθήνα πρίν φύγετε με το βαπόρι,
"Αν συναντᾶτε δυσκολίες, θέλετε να μάθετε σχετικά με την πληρωμή αὐτή ἡ ἄλλο ζήτημα γιὰ τὴν ἐπιβίβαση σας σᾶς παρακαλούμε να μᾶς τὸ πῆτε το γρηγορώτερο.
