In the foreground sailors offer boxes of Fig-coffee to three Aboriginal men, who display more figs. Text on front includes: “Sidney. Andre Hofer Feigen-Kaffee Fabriken. Salzburg & Freilassing. On the reverse is an order form written in German with a circular portrait illustration of Andreas Hofer and the text: “Nur echt Andrew Hofer hoflieferant mit dieser schulzmark”. Colour with gilt edges. |
