Description From Source6 unnumbered pages: illustrations ; 15 x 22 cm Also titled: Met de ‘Johan van Oldenbarnevelt’ naar Australië en Nieuw-Zeeland An emigration pamphlet promoting travel by emigrants to Australia and New Zealand in the Dutch ship ‘Johan van Oldenbarnevelt’. The front cover shows a world map with the route from the Netherlands through the Suez Canal to Australia, with an image of the ship below. On the frontpage it states emigration to Australia and New Zealand, although New Zealand is not found on this main map. The Australian harbours visible on the world map are Perth, Melbourne and Sydney. The back cover shows Australian and New Zealand ports, and air routes between Sydney and Auckland and Wellington. The interior images show features of the ship and its accommodation facilities.
