| Description From Source | 1.65 m. (7 boxes) + 2 cartons + 1 small carton. 1. Correspondence, 1952-1983, between Radion and various Ukrainians including editors, bibliographers, academics, publicists, religious leaders, authors and Ukrainian organisations both in Australia and abroad. Most of the correspondence is in Ukrainian. 2. Typescripts and manuscripts of articles, book reviews and stories, 1958-1983, written in Ukranian. 3. Diaries, Ukrainica Australiana, 1955-1960 (in Ukranian). 4. Publications: Novyi Pokhid (1954), Mykola Bereza (1956), and, A survey of history of the Shevchenko Scientific Society in Australia, 1950-1975 (1976). Material from MS 1315 is indexed by S. Radion in “Bibliography of correspondence : part 5” (Melbourne : Academia Scientiarum Mohyl-Mazepianiana Ukrainensis, 1985). The Acc01/288 instalment includes correspondence, drafts, especially of Ukrainian-related books, including, Encyclopedia of Ukrainian diaspora in Australia, Dictionary of Ukrainian settlers in Australia, and, Dictionary of Ukrainian graduates in Australia. |
