Soccorso Santoro “Console del Touring per Melbourne”, 31 Ottobre 1931 The certificate includes the following inscription: “”TOURING CLUB / ITALIANO / IL CONSIGLIO DIRETTIVO SU PROPOSTA DEL CAPO CONSOLE GENERALE / HA NOMINATO IL / Dott. Soccorso Santoro / CONSOLE DEL TOURING / PER Melbourne”” The certificate is signed by the following officals: “”IL CAPO CONSOLE GENERALE / IL PRESIDENTE / IL SEGRETARIO DEL SONSIGLIO”” in MILANO on 31 Ottobre 1931.
