Description from source	[box 4A] The contents of this series are predominantly part of SP822/44 [Iwai and Company miscellaneous correspondence. The files consist of correspondence between Iwai & Company and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce, which acts as the company’s Chief Counsellor. Items 1 to 11 were repackaged and entered on RecordSearch, possibly in 1996. Items 12 to 22 were repackaged and entered on RecordSearch in February 2017. Most of the documents for items 12-22 were housed in brown envelopes with Japanese writing on them and a member of staff was able to transcribe these.
