Inscribed ‘To Rev. William Tyler with respectful and affectionate regards of the son-in-law, the Author’. This series continues on Reel 3 with the following documents: Copy in French of the Abridged narrative, and account of Flinders’ imprisonment on the Isle de France, written in French by Flinders himself, in the sixth year of his captivity; Rough voyage continued, ‘At the head of the Gulph (sic) of Carpentaria.
