5 cm. Photocopy. Originals held in Holland. Microfilm of part of documents at NLA mfm G1905 and G7312. Partially available on microfilm. Originals held in Holland. Handwritten papers, charts and printed material concerning the journey of the ship the “Gilt Dragon” in 1656 and thought to have been shipwrecked on the coast of Western Australia. Includes a photostat of extracts from “Dagh – Register gehouden in Casteel Batavia vaut passerende daer ter plaetse als over geheel Nederlandts – India” Anno 1656. Also includes extracts from the logs of the Emeloort and the Waeckende Boeij, 1658, sent to find survivors of the wrecked Vergulde Draeck. |
